Kpp03 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using kpp03's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms set out below. These terms apply to all users in Malaysia.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the kpp03 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and kpp03 as the platform provider. kpp03 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Account Creation & Security
Eligibility & Registration
- You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account on kpp03.
- Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple account ownership is prohibited.
- All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
- Kpp03 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time and may request supporting documents where necessary.
Account Security Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account, whether or not it was carried out with your knowledge.
- If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the kpp03 support team immediately.
- Do not share your account credentials with any third party.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Kpp03 platform users are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. Users agree not to engage in any activity that could compromise the integrity, security, or operation of the platform.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kpp03 platform:
- Using bots, automated scripts, or third-party software to access or manipulate the platform without written authorisation.
- Engaging in fraud, collusion, or any form of match or bet manipulation.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with the platform's security systems.
- Abusing promotions, bonuses, or special offers in a manner that contravenes the stated terms.
- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering.
- Registering an account using false information or another person's identity.
Kpp03 reserves the right to investigate and take action against any user suspected of violating these rules, including suspending or closing their account and forfeiting any associated balance.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
Deposits & Withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (RM)
All financial transactions on the kpp03 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum deposit is RM10 for most supported payment methods.
Accepted payment methods include local e-wallets (Boost, Touch 'n Go) and online banking from major Malaysian banks. All your financial information is protected with high-grade SSL encryption.
Withdrawals will be processed within 1–3 business days, subject to the completion of identity verification (KYC). kpp03 reserves the right to reject or delay withdrawals if any suspicious activity or non-compliance with platform policies is detected.
- The bank account name must match the registered name on the platform.
- Kpp03 is not responsible for delays caused by bank or e-wallet processing procedures.
- Any additional charges imposed by payment providers are the responsibility of the user.
- Bonuses and promotional credits are subject to separate rollover requirements.
5. Liability Limits & Account Policy
Platform Liability Limits
Kpp03 and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses due to service disruptions, technical errors, or third-party actions. Users access this platform at their own risk.
While kpp03 strives to keep the platform available at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Scheduled maintenance or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary disruptions.
Account Suspension & Closure
Kpp03 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if:
- The user is found to have violated any rules set out in these terms.
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected on the account.
- The user fails to complete identity verification requirements within the stipulated timeframe.
- The user is found to have engaged in bonus abuse or system manipulation.
In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, kpp03 reserves the right to forfeit any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with the violating activity.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Applicable Law
Intellectual Property
All content on the kpp03 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other visual elements — is the exclusive property of kpp03 or its respective licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written permission from kpp03.
Using the kpp03 brand name or logo in any form of third-party advertising, promotion, or publication without prior authorisation is strictly prohibited.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation between the relevant parties.
Kpp03 does not offer or provide services to individuals in jurisdictions where the use of such platforms is prohibited or restricted. It is the user's responsibility to ensure their use of this platform complies with their local laws.
